Refund and Returns Policy

At Clenvixa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind the quality of every car and bike part or accessory we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or refund process as smooth as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unused, and uninstalled items within 30 days of delivery for a full or partial refund, subject to the conditions below:
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition
Electrical components and batteries are non-returnable if opened or installed
Clearance and final sale items are non-refundable
Returns requested beyond 30 days may not be accepted or may be subject to a restocking fee
2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Please do not send items back without authorization, as they may not be processed.
3. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status via email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us photos of the package and item(s), and we will either:
Ship you a replacement at no extra cost, or
Process a full refund if the item is no longer needed
We cover return shipping for damaged or incorrectly shipped products.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you ordered the wrong item, please return it following our return process and place a new order for the correct product.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they ship for a full refund. Once the order has been processed or shipped, our return policy will apply instead.

7. Shipping for Returns
Unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof of return.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
